1 Minute With Your Pulse

Grab your phone.

Set your timer for 1 minute.

Place your pointer and middle fingers on either side of your neck feeling for your pulse.

Once you find it, start your timer.

Breathe normally and focus on the feeling of your pulse against your fingers. Imagine your blood flowing through your veins. Resist the urge to count, just focus on the feelings. If your thoughts wander  bring your focus back to your pulse.

When the timer goes off, stop.  Notice how you feel.
