1 minute of counting breath

Grab your phone and set your timer for 1 minute.

Take a couple of deep breaths, counting to 5 as you inhale and 5 as you exhale.

After a few breaths change it to 5 as you inhale and 8 as you exhale.  Keeping the exhales longer than the inhales.

Count 5 as you inhale.

Count 8 as you exhale.

When the timer goes off, stop.  Notice how you feel.

Maybe you’d Ike to do it again for 2 minutes!

Try to do it a few times during the day.
