Inhale as slowly and deeply as you can, through your nose.
As you exhale, hum the sound of the letter M, ‘mmm’.
Let the sound of ‘mmm’ last as long as it can.
Inhale slowly and deeply.
Exhale ‘mmmmmmm’ for as long as you can.
As soon as the timer goes off, stop. Notice how you feel after 1 minute of focused attention.
Maybe 1 minute wasn’t long enough. Go on and try it for 2 minutes!
