1 Minute For the Power of Love

A meditation on love.

Grab your phone.

Set your timer for 1 minute.
Stand up with your feet a little wider than hip distance apart.

Raise your arms up overhead in a wide ‘V’ shape.

Turn your gaze up to the sky. Relax your shoulders.

Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose.

As you inhale think:

I open my heart to all the love the universe has in store for me.

As you exhale think:

I am ready to give my love back, freely and unconditionally.

Repeat that for 1 minute.
When the timer goes off, stop. Notice how you feel.
