Grab your phone.
Set your timer for 1 minute.
Sit or stand with your the palms of your hands gently pressing together.
Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose.
As you inhale focus on the feeling of your right hand touching your left hand.
As you exhale focus on the feeling of your left hand touching your right hand.
Continue breathing and letting your attention move from hand to hand. Repeat that for 1 minute.
When the timer goes off, stop. Notice how you feel.
