1 Minute of Counting Down 

Grab your phone.  Set your timer for 1 minute.

Close your eyes, breathe naturally, and count your breaths.
Try to focus on the counting and the feeling of the breath and nothing else.
As you inhale count 108,

As you exhale count 107,

Inhale 106,

Exhale 105…

Continue to countdown.  If you lose count start again at 108.

Stop counting when the timer goes off.

Notice how you feel.
