1 Minute of Control 

Grab your phone, sit comfortably, and set your timer for 1 minute. 

As you inhale think to yourself

I am in control of my breath.

As you exhale think 

This moment belongs to me.
Inhale: I am in control of my breath

Exhale: This moment belongs to me. 
Continue this for 1 minute. 

When the timer goes off, stop.

Notice how you feel.
