1 Minute of Surrender 

Yesterday was about control. Today is about surrender.

Grab your phone, sit comfortably, and set your timer for 1 minute.

As you inhale think to yourself

My involuntary breath flows with ease.

As you exhale think,

I surrender to this breath, this moment.

Inhale: My involuntary  breath flows with ease.

Exhale: I surrender to this breath, this moment.

Continue until the timer goes off.
Notice how you feel.
